The next day we suited up for a motorcycle ride to a nearby town. Although the helmet fit, the jacket clearly did not!




OK, so I'd never actually been on a motorcycle before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. But this was no time to wimp out.

Cat, Milo and Emma followed us in the chase vehicle and got this shot of me holding on for dear life.




When we got to Vignola, the first order of business was gelato. Somehow Evan ended up with two, while Milo was served a big helping of disappointment.
