Just down the road from Peggy's Cove is a memorial for Swissair Flight 111.

A large stone was split in two, with each half "pointing" out towards the crash site beyond Peggy's Cove and Bayswater, across St. Margaret's Bay, where the other memorial is located.

Our next stop was Lunenburg, with its trademark harbour and waterfront.
