I looked out the window and realized there is a nice little courtyard at the hotel. Never did go sit in it, though. I spent a lot of free time sleeping in an (unfortunately too successful) attempt to get my body switched over to European time.




This is the view looking back towards the train station from the corner where our hotel was located. The construction site was empty the whole time we were there -- at least we weren't subjected to any construction noise. You also see here the first signs of Holland's major obsession: bicycling.




I felt really badly for the bus drivers who had to come through all the really narrow streets to collect the conference people from three hotels in the tight confines of the inner city.
