Coming back down in the dark it was hard to see anything, but then I thought I saw a neat shot of two guys up on a big sculpture -- until I realized a) there's no back light at all so you can't see them and b) one of them turned to look back at me. So much for candid camera.




One of my few enduring memories of past visits to Montreal is a sign in a restaurant -- which I found and captured at a distance. It says, in English anyway, "Please wait for hostess to be seated."
