Sunday afternoon, after the show (which cost a mere $2, I'd like to point out), I went for a walk around the old neighbourhood. They're tearing up Bank Street, the major north-south street in Ottawa to do some much needed infrastructure work.




It's not very wide in this part of town (south of downtown, but north of the suburbs where it widdens considerably). So construction pretty much brings the whole thing to a halt, even on a Sunday afternoon.




This is our cat, Martin. He's usually fairly calm and collected, unless someone picks him up...




Hello....? Mrs. Pommelhorse....? I'd like to get down now...
