Right around the corner from Union Square is the San Francisco Apple Store, which really doesn't have any products for sale that I can't get in Toronto, but it does have a crazy glass staircase, which I'm pretty sure isn't the case in Toronto.




Of course you can't visit San Francisco without riding a cable car at some point, so we decided to get it out of the way early and ride one over to the north end of the city before our first official itinerary item.




Oh, how I sympathize! My past trip to SF yielded quite a few awkward attempts at taking a picture while riding the cable car.




Emma seemed to be enjoying the ride.
