Of course once the gang left all the animals started coming out of the woodwork. We saw this bunny, another with it, a beaver and a deer over the remaining time at the cottage.




Hey! He's not snoozing!




On Thursday it was time for Emma's sister to arrive with her boyfriend and the family dog and cat in tow. Mackenzie really wasn't impressed by the sight of the intruder!




Mackenzie was rather nervous, and puffed up as much as he could to seem big and scary, but the fact remains he was still a fraction of the size of Tay, who exercised considerable restraint in just sitting there calmly while the strange cat came up to investigate. Mackenzie refused to back down.
