Stopped at a traffic light, we came across the emblem of what makes America great - a country hick driving a rusted out old Ford pickup, holding his ballcap in his hand while he scratched his head.
Janice had made it pretty clear that - due to some personal events in her life - she really needed to go on a bender. We both suited up and posed for a shot in the living room, with the camera resting on an ironing board I had just finished using to make the lines on my shirt straighter. Yes, I ironed on this trip. I'm that kind of friend.
An aside: Do you like the shirt? Credit to my fashion designer.
From there, it was on to meet up with Virginia (Janice's cousin) and Ron (Virginia's fiancé). First we had an excellent dinner, then we hit the bar - where I broke out the camera for some alcohol-induced mugging.
