[ Stream through the canyon ]

There was a stream running through the bottom of the canyon, as all good mountain canyon streams do.


[ Leaving the mountains ]

Done with the hike, we headed back towards civilization, looking back only once, to take a picture of the freakin' telephone wires that are always in the way of every good shot.

On to Boulder!


[ Pearl Street ]

On arrival in Boulder we stashed the car on a side street and headed to Pearl Street, a rather nice, if tourism-motivated, pedestrian mall in the centre of town.


[ Nice trees ]

The trees here were faring worse than the ones in the hills...
