I didn't take any decent pictures again until the next morning, which is kind of skipping over the entire first night of stopping in Viterbo, about an hour short of Rome by road, to stay the night at a hotel. A lot of things I don't have pictures of, Cat does. So when she's done putting them on a page somewhere, I'll put a link at the end of this to her pics. Anyway, the next morning we drove a short distance from Viterbo to Orte, which was on the main rail line and thus an easier trip into Rome ...
