I had to get some touristy shots of Piccadilly Circus. When in Rome...er, something like that.




The problem with cities built around rivers is that you need a lot of bridges. Lots of London's bridges were built for trains alone, so they have built some pedestrian bridges as afterthoughts, including this one outside Charing Cross station.




The London Eye, a glorified Ferris wheel, is officially known as the British Airways London Eye. As a result, they refer to rides on the Eye as 'flights.' To complete the effect, they probably lose your luggage too.




When I turned up at Stephanie and Shane's place on New Year's Eve, she was decked out in a rather nice outfit, complete with cow slippers. I should be so lucky as to have her fashion sense...
